With the exception of the baking needs all volunteer shifts will be at River Ridge throughout the weekend, Thursday, June 19 - Saturday June 21

Volunteer Needs by Day

Thursday, June 19

• 12 - 2PM 2 people Set Up

  • Set up library: move around tables and chairs

  • Set up Family Room and entry way: move around tables and chairs, put out paper products, set up for evening reception

• 9 - 10:30 PM 4 people Clean up

  • Clean up from evening reception: put away left over food and drink, clean up and rearrange Family Room, do light dishes, set out coffee bar for next morning

Friday, June 20 

• 11:30 - 2 PM 3 people Serve and Clean Up Lunch

  • put water pitchers and water glasses on tables

  • prep buffet table for caterer

  • bus dirty dishes

  • put away left over food and drink

  • general tidying after lunch

  • 1 person: run dishwasher after meal

• 5:00 - 6:30 PM 3 people Set up for dinner

  • Set tables and put out water pitchers

  • prep buffet for caterer

• 6:45 - 8:45 PM 4 people Clean up from Dinner 

  • Bus tables

  • Clean buffet and put away left over food

  • General tidying after dinner 

  • Prep coffee bar for next morning

  • 1 person: run dishwasher after meal

Saturday,  June  21 

• 11:30 - 2 PM 3 people Serve and Clean Up Lunch

  • put water pitchers and water glasses on tables

  • prep buffet table for caterer

  • bus dirty dishes

  • put away left over food and drink

  • general tidying after lunch

  • 1 person: run dishwasher after meal

• 5:00 - 6:30 PM 2 people Set up for Lord's Day (Lead: Bernadette Fossen)

  • Fold napkins, put on table cloths, decorate tables

  • Set tables for Lord's Day and put out water pitchers

  • Prepare for Lord's Day ceremony

  • Prep buffet for caterer

• 7:30 - 9:30 PM 5 people Clean up River Ridge

  • Bus tables

  • Clean buffet and put away left over food

  • General tidying after dinner 

  • Reset furniture in Family Room, Library, Entryway, etc

  • Put away anything that is out of place

  • 1 person: Run dishwasher after dinner 

Other Service Opportunities

BAKING 

• 4 people, each making 2 dozen HOMEMADE COOKIES OR BARS (finger foods only; no plates or forks will be available)

• To be delivered to River Ridge prior to noon on Thursday, June 19

LINEN WASHERS 

• 4 people to pick up linens on 6/23 from River Ridge 

• 1 - 2 loads of navy linens (table cloths and napkins)

• Returned by July 7th
